Ruff Ride 2007
Snake Saturday Parade!
NAWS "Shelter Animals are a Pot of Gold" float won $500.00 for their charity entry in the 23rd Annual Snake Saturday Parade.
The luck of the Irish was with us when it came to volunteers and weather! Joined by 40 walkers and their dogs we walked the route, passed out Greenies Smart Biscuits along with our RUFF RIDE Dice Run flyers. The Brigade Arena Football Cheerleaders (and dogs) led the parade as the crowd overflowed the streets.
This was NAWS first public appearance as a group and it was a wonderful day to introduce ourself to the Northland!
